To TNCX: I have posted on internet boards in the past using the names port_mgr, Arthur Tang, U4eek, p_2000, and rilwiner. My posts about The Network Connection, Inc. contained information which I know was totally false and erroneous, which damage to the Company's shareholders, to the Company's reputation, and to shareholder confidence. I apologize to Wil Riner and Barbara Riner for any negative comments I made about them which were completely untrue and false. The Network Connection's products are in fact excellent. These comments in no way reflected the true worth of The Network Connection, its present business or future prospects. For these erroneous postings I apologize to both the Company and its shareholders for the damage I have caused. Sincerely, J.O. Putterman
