CyberCash and CheckFree are competitors. As far as CyberCash goes, Oracle agreed to make it a 'payment option' on their product, that's about it. Which for the most part can only be used by consumers at the billers web-site, and even then, it is up to the biller.

As far as CheckFree, Oracle has agreed to use CheckFree's distribution channel (350 banks, Portals, Brokerages, etc.,etc.,) and payment. Any bill distributed on CheckFree distribution Network, the payment will be handled by CheckFree. Oracle will handle the creation of the bill, CheckFree will handle the distribution and payment. In addition CheckFree has already signed up billers such as AT&T, BellSouth, and Southern California Edison.
