If you don't believe the power CNBC has, watch level two 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after a stock has been featured.

Daytraders follow CNBC very closely, and note in the morning the schedule for guests, and plan buying/selling accordingly.

Yes, that was a point that I perhaps wasn't clear about. The fact is that they DO have quality partnerships. I am concerned that people who are researching the company also research the technology and understand it's limitations, so that they feel comfortable with their investment.

I have no position either, in fact I agree with everything you said in your note. As AJ noted yesterday, the daytraders have had a field day with this; it will settle down shortly. I would like to reenter below 9. I strongly feel that it will open above 10 tomorrow and that I probably should have taken a position right at the end of the day today.

Wavephore's been on CNBC before. They should have known better than to expect a good interview.
