Amots,

I think that your numbers are a little off. While there may be a large overhead in this stock, the overhead can be no larger than 7,012,128, which is the total outstanding number of shares issued by this company. Since there were 7,500,000 shares traded today between 9 1/2 and 13 5/8, I doubt that there is any more than a few million overhead left in the 16 to 17 area.
