For reference, it's my understanding that triby has a block of options expiring this coming January. Hopefully, triby will not see fit to extend these options. On expiration, I expect we will see a bounce in stock price as the dilutive effect of these options will drop off the financial statement. One issue I haven't seen treated on this thread in a while is the effect of the $19 million in "goodwill". As I recall there has been some editorial comment in WSJ and NY Times in August where this issue was treated. What does this goodwill reflect and how does it affect triby's financial statement. Is there anyone with expertise in this area who can comment?
