What we need is CNBC to mention this story... Im sure there will be plenty of interest in the first portable mp3 player to legally hit the markets.

Oh yes, as for that firm that upgraded DIMD on Nov 24, Preferred Cap Mkts.. this is them preftech.com . They are pretty highly rated among the option trading community.

News today:

SAN JOSE, Calif. (Reuters) - Diamond Multimedia Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:DIMD - news) filed a countersuit Wednesday
against a leading U.S. record industry trade group in a battle over a device that can download and store music from the Internet.

- Theres no way the courts can keep this technology out of the markets, they are just upset DIMD did it first. If Sony came out with it, I dont think there would have been such a stink.
