Sometimes they are right, and sometimes they are wrong. Joe Bellace at ML upgraded NN and I'd say so far that was right, I believe he wrote the report on CS, and I'd say he was wrong. On the latter you wonder how the wool got pulled over his eyes. The NN report on October 23, 1998 referred to linearity problems with NN. I don't recall any similar comments on CS. Yet the delivery of sales, irrespective of linearity was done by NN and not by CS. Go figure? Later, Dennis
