thanks klaas I can honestly say this is the worst statement i have ever seen. Good to see management is cutting themselves a nice chunk of cash for a job well done! Stand by costs? what the hell is that? Any answers as to where the money keeps coming from? I wish there was a book maker that was taking odds on a settlement. 27m in the hole, even if they got a settlement(which we all know they won't) they can pay down all the money they owe and still be left with nothing. never seen such a successful attempt to piss away shareholder value Someone remind me to short any deal the involves the Goodmans or Mr. Carroll.
