Try a fifty cent drop in silver and tax write-off season.

Luc,

I have been out of country for some time and have not been in touch with the stock. It looks like the company has finally finished with a whimper, instead of a bang. It is like a funeral here.

I would assume that PTHR has not made the payment of approximately $450,000 that was due around Dec. 1, 1998, or they would have announced it. If they have missed it, they are in default, and the mine owner can request his shares back from the Mexican entity which holds them. It is then only time until they are returned to Minera Humaya. I doubt very much that a U.S./Canadian company will prevail in a Mexican court, even if they try to stop the owner from claiming they defaulted.
