I don't care for AJ a whole lot, but I think you're becoming a little paranoid. If you know who's paying him, let us all know ( maybe I can get on the payroll :-) ) or please stop these totally baseless accusations. I thought you were better than that.

Hi Peacelover,

Nobody except Mr./Ms. Berger knows whether or not he/she is a TSIG shareholder, however, I must agree that if he/she is then his/her behavior is certainly strange (sorry, but I don't know AJ Berger's gender). I too would like to know AJ Berger's agenda. I cannot and will not accuse anyone of being a paid basher... although there are times when one has to wonder. But you are correct as to his/her timing.

Regarding his/her earlier post:

Message 6646072

I found it to be not only offensive, but now have a few questions. Until today I had never spoken to Amy. However, after reading the above referred to post by AJ Berger I took the liberty of calling her directly. She was in meetings most of the day helping prepare our company for the days ahead, but she returned my call from her office at TSIG after 7pm... they are obviously putting in every extra effort and are not clock watchers.

(1) She has call notes and could not find anything from an AJ Berger, although she did say that it could be on her computer.

(2) Under no circumstances has she, did she, or would she ever tell anyone to reenter their order in a week. That is pure unadulterated balderdash. An order can be placed anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via either the website or telephone. If anyone chose to cancel an order for any reason they could reenter it immediately.

Assuming that AJ Berger is a real name, I would prefer to believe that what Mr./Ms. Berger posted was a misunderstanding on his/her part. I would, therefore, strongly suggest that Mr./Ms. Berger call Amy directly tomorrow morning to straighten out this apparent miscommunication. She will be expecting his/her call.

One final thing. Mr./Ms. Berger made reference to the fact that Amy sounded like a a "cruise director". Besides coordinating the teleservices part of the CCI website, training operators, and working with the TSIG team to make what will always be a continuous evolving and improved website... her job IS very similar to a "cruise director. And she does an excellent job. For those who have taken cruises, I believe they will agree that sitting at the Captain's table is nice, but who makes the people on the cruise happy? The "cruise director"!!! If you have an enjoyable cruise I doubt if you will remember the Captain or the First Officer... but you will remember the "cruise director" and the fun experience they created for you. And, guess what? If you had a fun experience you'll return again and again and you'll also tell your friends. So, Peacelover, Mr./Ms. Berger unwittingly gave Amy a "pat on the back"... although his tactics were, to be blunt, infantile and offensive. We will certainly find out tomorrow after Mr./Ms. Berger's call to Amy about the proported comment she made to him.

Now that TSIG has the funding it required, management (ie: Rob Gordon and James Guild) are rapidly putting together a fulltime in-house staff. I can only assure you that they are well aware of the shareholders' concerns (and don't ever forget that they are also shareholders), but their primary goal at this time is to make TSIG a multifaceted internet giant as rapidly as possible. IMHO, they will succeed.

Best always,

Marty
