J.P., the AOL/NSCP deal should be finalized in the spring... and I believe the agreement was 0.45 AOL share valued at $89 for each NSCP shares... and I read somewhere that the buyee would want to keep their price low so that not to jeopardize the deal (this is in general)... hope this helps

Changing gears just a little, have any of you guys been following the sub $500 Internet ready computer introduction into the market right here at Christmas time! Heck.....I wonder who they are going to use for an Internet connection?? Go out and try to buy one....everybody is sold out!! I wonder why the "e" in the name resembles Microsoft's logo?
