Missing the boat. :-( Yes, I've personally done an about face WRT Sun. It has gone up a lot, though (except today). I don't know how much more it might have in it. Fundamentally, they are doing a lot of things right, especially with their Solaris run workstations and servers. NT looks to continue to disappoint for robustness, scalability, security, RAS..., all needed for the more serious stuff, and Microsoft doesn't seem to care. Sun has been all over that opportunity like white on rice. Also, Sun's Internet relations are helping their stock a lot, like their part in the AOL-Netscape thing.

I'll probably be looking for an entry point to buy SUNW. Probably feel like I'm paying a lot more than I should.

Another one I missed, although knowing before the street when they were passing IBM in RAID sales, is EMC. Bummer. At least I didn't miss Intel.
