Listing requirements for the Nasdaq National Market

smallcapinvestor.com

min $4.00 US share price.
& min cap and mm requirements

These are listing requirements for companies coming primarily off of pink sheets.

Canadian filing requirements are as stringent as SEC's, if even not more so.

Consequently, SEC can make special exception and allow bid.com to file sooner if the SEC so desires

Or bid.com can still do a reverse merger, which IMO seems more likely,
and be a NASDAQ listed company within days.

Orwell , NASDAQ Is getting very rigid about requirements for new or continuing companies .They are trying to clean up due to the possible merger with AMX. Generally AMX only takes companies that are profitable.
