Barrie, Just who gets to purchase this stock at the 23% discounted price when the company needs money. Are there restrictions on those shares? ie. like they must be held for X # of days,weeks,months before they can be sold. Robin

Today I saw a review of JAWS L5 encryption in the latest edition of ComputerShopper-it got mixed reviews. Can't recall cause I was in a hurry and just skimmed it quickly. Sorry my reading comprehension apparently ain't whhat it used to be. I was very surprised to see it in there.
