PC magazine said the same thing in their review. They know they have a problem and I hope they are working to fix it.

About their customer service, I have to disagree. I've had some problems with EGGS, but they have all been taken care of. I know another individual who bought one of the TVG 8400 motherboards that they sell for $31 on surp. auction, and it was advertised with a $30 rebate ($1 for a new motherboard). There was no rebate, they had screwed up, but when he E-Mailed them, they gave him a $30 credit. So my experiences w/cust. service have generally been good. Of course, you are dealing with individuals, so anything can happen in a particular instance.

By the way, I was very lucky (I think; time will tell) to have gotten out today a 20 with quite a few shares (thousands). My average cost was $18, so I made money, but it really hurts to think how much I had given back since the high of 41+. I fully realize, of course, that many of you were not so lucky and have taken losses, in some case huge losses. You have my condolences.
