Really, Scottoo -- though I haven't made the "negative postings" you describe, I take exception to your comment. This company has under-performed in a high-growth industry for what seems to me is an unacceptably long period of time. I, for one, have owned the stock since $30. What is the problem, you ask? See the last sentence.

Scottoo, Life is not a box full of roses, there are bad times also. I have never owned CS, but I know several people that do, and some bought in the $30 range. So I see their INVESTMENT down 60+%. I also know several current and x employees. Yes I also suspect that they possibly new that numbers were going to be tough to make. Have you ever talked to anyone at this company besides IR/PR person? I also live in the heart of Cabletron country so lay off. I'm hoping for this company to do well so when I sell my house this spring there aren't 2K+ other people trying to do the same. I think this company has something but the engineers that started the company shouldn't be running it my opinion. What happened to the ex-NYNEX CEO (forgot his name) that came over to run Cabletron?? Maybe he was hired just as a consultant.

I can't stand it when Longs do not like negative posts. If the company didn't have any flaws the stock price would not be where it is today. As far as investing, smart money will take some, not all, profit. Or even better stop limit at atleast what they paid for.

IMHO
