That shows that you've been on SI for too many hours. Hayden Fry announced his retirement a couple of weeks ago.

After 20 years at Iowa, Hayden has retired. The scuttlebutt was that he retired now so that Iowa could hire Bobby Stoops, the assistant to Steve Superior at Florida. However, Iowa dragged its feet too long and Oklahoma snatched up Bobby. Yesterday Iowa announced it had hired as its new head coach Kirk Ferentz, former Hawkeye assistant and currently an assistant to the Baltimore Ravens. I wonder what kind of socks he prefers.
