Michael..great post! I agree 100%... Many people took a loss on this one unnecessarily...the statistics and potential of ECHO are staggering...many eyes are watching...one positive release...and "too the moon Alice!" - in a Jackie Gleason growl...!:) SR

Michael, A good post of what dealing with a government agency contract can mean to a small business. Also sold some near the top and am waiting to see if the low of 1 7/8 will hold before adding again. Dave
