Thanks, Mike. Murphy on his hotline tonight made the DSMB situation much clearer for me. Murphy even stated that he bought Xoma shares today! He also mentioned something about Jan. 15.<g> BTW,if move of domicile to Bermuda is approved, why in the world would the Lehman Bros agree to let Xoma pay them 500 grand in cash OR 500 grand worth of Xoma stock? Why wouldn't they just tell Xoma cash only?

Mike, once again thanks for the heads up. Just got to read the article, in Nature Biotechnology, and I was pleased with it. Guess, the market gets its' clues from other sources. <g> Some of it was new to me. Had seen some articles by Dr. Opal before but appreciated seeing his comments and noting that he is independent of the current trials.
