Declining price on decreasing volume is actually a bullish thing. But 5 mill in volume for a stock with 22 outstanding ( currently ) is not declining volume. Granted there were some very high volume days recently, but they aren't the norm. With the amount of shares trading in the last few days, and price steadily declining is not good. It couldn't crack 4.00 and hold today. We may not even see 4.00 tomorrow. There are also a lot of investors now scratching their heads wondering why they paid such a painfully high price on some of the US net stocks. Like waking up with a big hangover beside somebody you normally wouldn't even talk to if you were sober. Bids were getting hit all day. I have lived through the same characteristics with some other stocks, and I won't make the same mistake again. Bailed out. Back in @ under 2.50.
