Has anybody tried to calculate how much is netradio worth?
According to CBS Market Watch, ValueVision paid $2 million
for 15% of the stake in NetRadio earlier this year, that give
the valuation of NetRadio about $12 million. So assume the IPO
is worth about $24 million, and on the openning day, it go up
4 times, (that should be conservative). That give the NetRadio
about $96 million. Currently, there are about 7 million outstanding
share for NAVR, before the IPO news, the stock is about $4~5 range,
that gives the none NetRadio part about $30 millions. The 85% of
NetRadio worth about $80 millions. So navarre should worth about
$110 million, which is about $16 per share. Of Course, if the IPO
up ten fold, that's another story. The unknown part of the above
calculation if how much will the banker value the IPO, here we
just made a bold assumption of $24 million, which we have no base
from. Is there anybody out there has this kind of information?
