IGT and Players Network Sign Agreement

Las Vegas, Nevada - December 3, 1998 - Players Network (OTC BB : PNTV) and
International Game Technology (NYSE : IGT) today announced the signing of
an agreement whereby Players Network will produce product awareness videos
for IGT.

The videos which IGT and Players Network will collaborate on will contain
information and content on the newest slot machines from IGT which are
available in the casinos today and in development for the future. IGT
will distribute these videos to their casino customers to educate them on
the latest slot machines and technology while Players Network will
integrate the videos into their Neon Buzz show. Players Network will
display the videos through their Neon Buzz show on their in-room
programming network as well as their interactive kiosks.

Players Network also announced that plans are underway to turn Neon Buzz,
complete with the new video segments from IGT, into a national television
show. The Company is currently in negotiations to buy local access time
on cable networks in "feeder market cities" to most of the major casino
gaming areas across the country. The Company is also exploring a
relationship with a national cable network whereby Neon Buzz will become a
weekly show on the network.

Commenting on the agreement with IGT, Players Network President Mark
Bradley said, "The agreement with IGT validates a key reason for the
development of the Players Network. As new slot machines and new table
games become more and more complex and entertaining, it is imperative that
both the casino gambler and the casino executives themselves understand the
many aspects of these new games. The casino industry has entered a new
era where the old slot machines which were easy to play, easy to understand
but also difficult to keep a player entertained on are being replaced with
new, exciting, entertaining but also somewhat intimidating machines due to
the new graphics, size and bonus rounds. IGT has household name themes
integrated into their new machines. These include Elvis Presley, Wheel of
Fortune and Jeopardy. These machines are like magnets for casino gamblers
however it is imperative that the people playing these machines understand
the way they should be played. These videos and our Neon Buzz segment are
the perfect way for the casino industry to educate their customers."

Ed Rogich, Executive Director of Advertising and Public Relations for IGT
added, "Our customers are demanding additional support to help educate
players. This collaboration should help answer that demand."

IGT is a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of
microprocessor-based gaming products and software systems in all
jurisdictions where gaming is legal.
