Cal, re. <<There has been a concerted effort to keep the price of LAB down the last couple of days.>> You really think this shake out could have been entirely orchestrated? I am not being a smart ass, truth is I am a real rookie in junior mining and I am hoping that your assertion has some merit. It then opens up the possibility that the market reaction over the past few days has been governed by something other than a very leaky LAB. Am I nuts to still be holding out on the basis that no news is good news, and that there is still a slight 'glimmer' of hope. Can these houses really exercise that much control over a stock?????

Hi Cal,

I have to be perfectly honest, DFR (in which I made a lot of money) was the 2nd Canadian Jr Expl company that I had been involved with. After that I made a whole bunch of stupid errors, I invested in other Canadian promotions and lost it all back. I still have many many shares of Cdn Jr companies. I keep them for any one of four reasons
a. They are virtually worthless
b. I can sell them whenever I need a tax write-off
c. If they actually perk up I can sell them
d. I keep them as a reminder of stupidity

If anyone would ask my advice (which they usually do not) then I would suggest that the Canadian Junior Markets are purely for those that have money to spend on VLT's. (by the way, the odds are better on VLT's)

Again, being perfectly honest, I hang around these forums "just in case" the shares go up, when I eventually dispose of them, then I doubt if anyone will ever see my name again on the "silly transfer of money from naive folks to the promoters, threads" wow that was a long one.

By the way, I did not answer your question, my answer is that it is all one rather large promotion at this point. Eventually someone will find other deposits, but not in a time frame that is of interest to me anymore (see my naive intro to the NDT forum)

regards, Terence Mitchell
