Christian1310 True AWEB does NOT currently report with the SEC . .they are pretty small and are cash poor . .BUT with a solid operation and a heads up management that they have (go ahead and give them a call) I really see no reason why they should have the same valuation as the highly anticipated UBID . . Incedentally I've known the President (Frank Khulusi) of MALL for a few years now . .not a very pleasant character . . He and his brother Sam used to stiff a lot of their vendors so they could build their business with other peoples money . .He started out as an AMIGA distributor working out of a second story retail building until he started to sell Macs in the late 80's . . . Then he started his MacMall catalog, he didn't want it to look new so he numbered the first issue like 45 or something . .well it worked to some degree and here we are . . MALL has been flailing in the single digits until this internet surge started to boost the issue to its crazy double digit levels . .look them up, they really haven't made a whole lot of cash until the iMac release which helped their bottom line . . .I'm a little skeptical about what will happen with MALL and UBID after this IPO just because I know who really is behind it on a personal level . . . AWEB considering that they are a 4 dollar issue can do nothing but grow from this point . . .and by the way, AWEB will be reporting to the SEC by next week . . If you do a little more DD on this company, I'm sure you'll eventually see it my way . .take care -V
