# of shares outstanding-- 705,977,200 as of November 13, 1998. Yes, that is 705 million shares outstanding. Be careful!! Company had revenues of just $30,000 and is selling for a value of $40 million right now!!

Suzanne- I have an account with Ameritrade and was able to buy SFAD just before the close. They do trade pennies, just have to do it over the phone. John F.
