Be suddenly very drunk on a C.E., then noisily/messily relieve yourself of the spent and very foamy... ohnevermind. :-D Obviously, you need a good friend to assist in the administration. When it's your turn to be the assistant (what was that word the Japanese used for the guy who "helped out" during ritual suicide?) you should hope that Friend (in our case, Spouse) doesn't have the mischievous urge to Let the Bubbles do the Walking...
