200k shares out of what,what is total holding do you know? from thomson: Top Insiders Shrs Hld Date Rptd % Hld PAULSON ERIC H 2,263,182 05/22/96 32.30 yes it is old, but eric does not appear to have updated the information if he has received more shares. also, he may just be exercising some options. either way the many owns a lot of shares and investors generally make a big deal every time and insider sells.
