In fact, I do speak with these folks off the record, and I am always amazed to learn that they actually know what the near to intermediate solutions are, and what the time lines would be for capital recovery. But there are reasons... --- I know full well what you mean concerning the Y2K boondoggle, incidentally. I've got a team working on carrier compliance right now at one of the downtown financial institutions here in NY. I think that many folks would be surprised to know what lurks out there in CarrierLand right now, that still needs to be tagged and remedied. And the ISPs?
