Well, we got a law suit coming! I have yet to see a worse case than NAVR's CEO did to himself. He pumped MAVR on 25, then sold his share on 27 & 30? How stupid is this? He thinks he can get away from doing this? What a jerk! Well, lawyers are smelling the blood from him. He better put up an IPO that will pump NAVR higher than $27, or else he's screwed!!!

If nobody on this thread is selling,we can dry up the selling

pressure.

I own 1500 shares at a higher price .I have 2 friends who bought 1000

and 500 shares at a higher price. They don't plan to sell at this
ridiculous price.That makes 3000 shares that won't be sold.Multiply

that by all the people on this thread who are stuck and won't sell,

and we have a lot of power.

Don't fall for the MM's tricks to make you panic. If there is no stock

to sell at these low prices they will be forced to raise the price.

Good luck to all,

Manny T.

I bought into NAVR first at 6 (1,000 shrs) because I did well that week with MALL and figured another backdoor to an IPO stock would give me the same results. My mistake was to average up to 13 (2,000 shrs @16.5)on Monday.

The main difference I find when reading these posts vs Mall's thread, is that most of the focus over there was about how to value UBID (the stock Mall is IPOing) when it becomes public. Most discussion was "Should UBID be valued compared to EBAY or closer to EGGS and ONSL".

My point is I think most of us (includes me) just got into NAVR BECAUSE of an IPO, not because we have concluded that Netradio is valuable. Only one person in the last 200-300 or so posts has even tried to establish a value for Netradio. Shouldn't we be discussing how Netradio is going to generate revenues? Who it's competitors are or will be? Do they sell advertising? How much $ for the ads? Who buys the ads?

I think I just found out that although all Internet stocks are hyped, the ones that are able to focus the story about revenues and growth like Mall has going for it and for that matter USAI with Ticketmaster, are superior to the ones that are all worked up just about the fact that an IPO exists.

The quality of the company becoming public should have something to do with the equation. Anyone able to make an intelligent evaluation as to Netradios value? Or what amount of revenues it can expect? If we can value Netradio, we should be able to determine a value for a share of NAVR pre-IPO.

My guess is the IPO will happen and I'll be able to get out near or at $13 on the hype alone. My decision to not sell and actually hold on through the IPO will be what I can figure out between now and then what Netradio's future looks like.

Ashley

Although the info below is a little dated, it would suggest that 200K
shares is less than 10% of Paulsen's (Paulson's?) holdings. And
since NAVR recently hit its three year high, and with the IPO and net
hype *potentially* pushing it higher, who could grudge him
registering to sell some. We all plan to sell if it pops big, am I
right? Regards, Eric
