Hedger, the big problem with SVB and this program is that with all of the holes these guys have drilled, the ground is beginning to look like Swiss cheese, and still they keep coming up with dick. It's nice to have some solid indication of smoke around if you are looking for a fire, but this looks more like it was 2 little kids out smoking behind the garbage cans, and they left hours ago when they saw Grandma coming.

Hi Hedger,

Maybe everyone should watch "paint dry", let me give you an example; Berkshire Hathaway, which is listed on the NYSE as BRK.A (they also have B shares which are one 30th of the A shares) 10 years ago was selling for around $4,600 (US) a share, today it is selling for around $67,000 (US) a share. It is for this reason that I have been able to weather the "silly Jr storm" and shrug it off and sleep at nights.

Not bad really, this way you can play golf, spend time with the kids, get drunk and you know that your money is working for you. The famous US Banker, JP Morgan once said, "compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world".
