It seems to be a marketing blunder. I noted that a former member of management still has 845,000 shared in various guises. I am just starting to go through that filings to see if there are any more in these other major holding corporations. lee

"Frenetic meaningless posts" are a sure sign of someone who doesn't have the energy to research a new issue and has too much time on his hands. Go follow Yahoo! or KTEL. Post some analysis of the company, product or markets - pro or con rather than your lazy posts.

Take a look at the company and its products. You undoubtedly are an expert in scam jobs - so please tell the thread why this BB company hired Price/Waterhouse/Coopers Chartered Accountants as independent auditors at this stage? Since the company has been financed largely by loans from the insiders, I guess they figure "it's our money and we like to spend it on independent audits for the heck of it".
