This thread completely overlooks the most serious potential weakness of the Palm VII!

Dell'Oro data show that 99% of web surfing activities are to the sex sites. Now if Playboy offers Web clipping feature, I want to know which parts of the centerfolds are considered extraneous information!
Can the fetishists download only them toes? What if there are clipping bugs which send us only the hairy armpits? Until all these technical issues are resolved and international standards adopted, it's only Pie in the 7th Sky.

The new Palm VII will also include the iMessenger application for wireless email communications, and a ''Web clipping'' feature that will cut down on extraneous information by downloading only a specific set of data from a given Web site.

Twenty-two content providers are already formatting their sites for this feature, including ABCNEWS.com, Bank of America, ESPN.com, eTrade, Fodor's, MasterCard, Moviefone, Ticketmaster, UPS, USA Today, US West, Visa International, The Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition, The Weather Channel, and Yahoo.
