I tried a ticker search on STCC and company name and could not locate it.

Software Technologies (STC) has a product line that clearly competes with NEON. However unlike NEON, STC is currently privately owned.

Expectations should be that STC could possibly consider a public offering about 12 months from now. Certainly in that 12 month period, alot can change to adjust any plans for a public offering. Currently, STC's business is growing quite handsomely as it participates in this growing marketplace.
