I think that these kind of problems are to be expected given the rapid growth in the number of investors trading at E. This reminds me of AOL when they went to a flat rate and had a surge in customers. For the next 6 months the service suffered as they upgraded their infrastructure to handle the volume. 2 issues 1) as investor I like what the company is doing. 2) If the company doesn't make its customers happy with good service the company and hence price will also suffer.
