An open message to other threads about Joe.... Read some disturbing messages on another thread concerning Joe, someone mentioned his being a stupid buffoon...my oh my...I guess all those professors at MIT passed him in hopes that when he became a reporter for CNBC, he would influence the market and their stocks...my oh my...it is obvious to all of us who watch him, that he is very uncomfortable mentioning these stocks which have run, and he has said time and time again, he does not like to influence their run....he reports what is happening to a stock....that is what his job is....a reminder to all, of Joe's past... this is taken from his bio on the CNBC site. Featured on "The Squawk Box," "Market Watch" and "Market Wrap," Kernen's "" segments cover the stories behind Wall Street's biggest price moves and the trends impacting market sectors. Kernen came to CNBC in the 1991 merger with Financial News Network, having joined FNN after a 10-year career as a stock broker. Kernen holds a B.S. from University of Colorado and M.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in molecular biology. At MIT, he worked on several cancer research projects. so, I have said my piece....and since I watch Joe very frequently, I can speak with authority to this subject....it scalds my apparatus to hear people throw insults of a personal nature out there when they don't even know the person...have these people met Joe in person???? How do they know what he is like unless and until they meet him.... I rest my case.. Red the pontificating prez
