Afternoon Lamar,
First let me state that I feel badly for your recent experience with the stock market. From first hand knowledge, it can be brutal and unrelenting as to how investors will be treated by the allure of getting rich overnight with the "big hit". I hope your recovery is quick and I suggest you buy WMT when this occurs. At least you will sleep well at night, plus have a great place to shop, knowing it will help the bottom line.(:>)
Lamar, after reading your friends second-hand post, I doubt seriously that all the verbiage and logic that I could ever expect to muster in one SI post would never change his mind. For example. He chides me with the question...."...if you are going to slam this company that you do not know anything about". My inference is that he knows much about the company and I'm lacking in this area, but then he poses..."please show me where Szymanski and the board have sold any of their shares". Even you Lamar, should be able to help your friend with this one. Any investor with any iota of investing savy knows that insider selling is public knowledge and readily available from the SEC It is truly shocking that your friend doesn't know how this company is kept afloat with the insider selling. With $75 dollars in the bank, just where does your friend think the money is coming from.
I'm at a loss for his next challenge....."show me what you know about this Octobot Technology group and PROVE to me that they don't exist". I feel no obligation to have to prove anything to your friend as to whether or not this group actually exist. One I have no knowledge of the group and really don't care one way or the other if they do exist. I've never questioned whether or not it is a real group. Which leads me to wonder why he poses the question in the first place...Is there a deep dread on his part that here we go again with these promises that never seem to come to fruition...funding, bicycle business, submergible motors. I will say that the continuing vague news releases that are put out by RDOX do leave much to be desired. I find it odd that they never give an address for all of the companies and groups that they are DOING business with. Sure would make it easy for stockholders to check on some of these operations if you at least had a city where they are domiciled.
As for his statement about capitalization structure ...."they could drain the company financially" Excuse me! RDOX has a patent valued at $1500 and $75 in the bank. By my calculations, if Octobot took control of RDOX's finances, they could buy a cheap bottle of champagne to celebrate the takeover with their financial gain.
Finally, he writes.."..he(Szymanski) wants complete control of this technology". It would appear to logical minds and cerebal cortexs that are functioning at a semi-lucid state, that your friend shouldn't worry about anyone wanting to take any control from Mr. Szymanski and this is exemplified by the fact that no one wants to LOAN him any money for his unique technology.
As stated earlier...Good luck and remember....Walmart(:>)
