Really, your posts are always so concise and pithy....;-)

Good morning to you and to JEB.

I liked JEB's "KISS" post about simplicity. I think there is a part of us that knows and understands the truth of this- and also a part of us, the conditioned part, that stays busy obscuring that truth. Doing what we need to do in order to make the first part more dominant develops the clarity we need in order to trade more successfully.

In his book "Trading For A Living," Dr Alexander Elder states that when we attempt to trade in the market in the way that we tend to approach and react to the events in our everyday lives, mainly emotionally, we will usually lose our money. Everyday life tends to be more tolerant of the mistakes caused by this kind of approach and reaction; the market is immediately unforgiving.

This is not to say that we should live without feeling, only that we need balance and integration, which is wholeness.
