(OTC BB:OZON) announced today it has entered into a joint venture/distributorship with ZYNKO TECHNOLOGIES AND MARKETING, a West Point, Ga. company with sales offices in Sao Paulo, Brazil and manufacturing in Mexico. ZYNKO manufactures and markets specialty air and oxygen handling equipment for the South American Hospital and Healthcare markets.
