As helpful a review (from longs' perspective) as we could hope for from an adult's publication like NYT, IMHO. Makes the argument to overeducated parents that Devil Dice is an exemplar of games that can be great for kids. I don't know how much influence it will have, but I will bet that many parents will buy this game for Christmas who would not have considered it otherwise. Incidently, while her perspective on video games may be a bit one sided, I think she makes some valid points about their potential benefits that are generally under-appreciated. Thank you, J. C. Herz.
