GoAmerica seems to be an ISP. LWIN is a wireless phone company. The two seem to complimentary rather than competitors. I doubt if LWIN is into servers and internet routers and the like. I also doubt that GoAmerica has LWIN's expertise in digital wireless technology. I wouldn't worry about it. LWIN has tons of growth opportunities. Wireless Knowledge is only one of them and LWIN will still be working with them at some point. All IMHO
