Jeffrey,

That news release came out on Aug 25th. In particular it states "Klotz went on to say that he expected to announce several new client banks in the next few weeks, as contracts are being signed."

Have any been signed ? I don't think so. There are NO news releases to this effect.

Do you really believe that the FDIC in perpetuity is going to keep the BestBank credit card a/cs. Of course not, they must have value to some company and BestBank is in liquidation. The FDIC will want the money to pay off creditors. They are not in the business of being a holder of a credit card portfolio.

I'll say again, it is almost certain that they will go to another bank which will already have a credit card processor in place. Sayonara CLCK the new bank will almost certainly say. What are the odds, 1000 to 1, that CLCK will keep them.

Regards Stephen
