Steve, To those that have followed DCI for an extended time, it's easy to see that there has been fairly steady progress towards (and in some cases even exceeding them) the companies goals. It's that continued progress that keeps me long in DCTC and the belief that management has the qualities needed to complete it's goals. (the sale of the company) As to the flippers, so long as there is volatility there will be flippers. To the chart watchers that are expecting DCTC to fall substantially because it did so the previous times we ran to $4, the conditions are considerably different: 1. During the last drop, we had 6-7 million CC shares on top of us, now as I understand, all of the legally sellable shares are now gone, and there aren't even many of the restricted. Our new transfer agent American Trust, should help us to make sure that restricted shares do not get sold until they can be legally. 2. During the last drop, we had convertible preferred shares being sold AND 3 million of series F potentially hanging over us. The earlier series of CV's have all been sold into the float and the series F is being bought back removing that potential overhead. 3. Big news is coming. While we don't know just when, we feel it's fairly close. 4. DCI is simply worth MUCH more/share on a fundamental basis now than it was last Nov.. Revenues have moved up sharply with the acquisition of Edge and it's continued growth. Lots of potential growth to be added includes the contract Edge signed for 48 million and of course the huge TimeWorldCom contracts which are ramping up. #1 & #2 were the reasons I believe that we ended up with a large short in our stock to start with. The short apparently remains, but the reasons for shorting DCTC are gone... It's still possible that there could be enough retail selling to drop our price as nervous shares exit, but with big news coming and the other reasons our stock should find support, I think that any significant drop will be short lived as plain retail selling by current shareholders has never had a LT effect IMO. I know I plan to take advantage of any significant weakness if sellers should drive us much lower. James
