Martin,
This is exactly my point. Cisco and all the big boys do it to a greater degree that NAI does. NAI only purchased 4-5 copies, Cisco does that in a week.

Ya, Bill is aggressive in the accounting but if you think he is going to put the stock price at risk, your crazy. He LOVES a high price, why, cuz he can go shopping for more companies. The minute the dust settles a little I would be surprised one bit if he didn't run out and spend $3-4bil in funny money on another acquisition.
