I forgot to mention: yesterday money flow into MRVC was positive.

Going back 6 months, money flow has been a pretty good indicator: in every instance where we have had back-to-back positive money flow for two successive days, the THIRD day has been a significantly up day for the stock price.

I think money flow today is going to be positive. The volume in the first 15 minutes today was 52K with an average in recent weeks for this first 15 minutes being 18K. The trading volume the second 15 minutes was 5200 during which the stock dropped back to 6 9/16. IMO the larger trades today have been at the ask or within the spread. Volume in the 3rd and 4th 15 minute period has been 6-7K.

(Volume this last 15 minutes in which the stock has reached a daily low of 6 3/8 has been a measly 3300.)

It seems obvious to me that there is a "supply overhang" problem that the stock is going to have to overcome. Whether you call it "weak hands" or "some" institutional selling doesn't really matter. Once it is overcome, the stock will rise rapidly.
