Quick dumb question, what does it indicate when the ask price size of a stock is constantly larger than the bid size price of a stock is this a bullish indication for the stock, or bad news,

Last few days and Dow down about 213, Mu +6,cpq +4,Dell+5,rmbs+10 to 15 . Nice to be in the right market segment, right stocks.
Today cpq ceiling is 38, rmbs ceiling 100, Dell bottom 66( has no ceiling)(G). Those may change tomorrow.
Bmcs looks like a manipulated stock, goes up one day, down the next
