L.D.; I read your post with enjoyment; since you said that you look for facts. I could tell you the best place to find all your facts is from the ticker itself cuz the price tells you everything including the insiders and the most current news release cuz the price discount everything. Everything that could affect the market it will reflect right on the the ticker. In fact by the time information or the facts that you are looking for reached in your domain, it may have been too late; especially you said your are a long term investors. John Paquet
