I said that if it were to reach NEON's market cap, it would sell at 40. In order for HDIE to reach NEON's market cap, it is going to have to release a lot of extrordinary news over the next several months. I do think HDIE is very underpriced, but I would be surprised to see 20 in the next 12 months, let alone 40. Personally I am hoping for 12.
