Nor did I. What i heard from the COO was:

"of course you have to ask that question [re: acquisition of a large networking company like ASND] and of course I must respond that I can not comment on the possibility." The COO went on to say that they are serious about the coverged market and will develop "organicall" where they can and will look to add technologies when and where it makes sense.

At no point did I get the feeling that a deal was "immenent"...
