There will be a rotation in the internet subsector. Right now infrastructure is overlooked. But they will soon realize that they need fiberoptics, etc. CIENA will be there. The high at 92 was overvalued at that time, but maybe not in the near future. There are not many companies that have the technologies in infrastructure.

Ciena's "whisper" number has went up from 3 cents to 5 cents now, according to this site, at least:
