Bob, Don't be upset. Some people believe that sarcasm is an adequate substitute for Margins and EPS, that will justify a share price. We at least realize that we are not making any money. Oops, I did it again, someone from IDX will jump all over me for that statement. Let's see 5M shares, 20% of outstanding shares to purchase a company that is selling parts for $99.00 scanners. When does this deal become accretive? IDXers, Never mind, jumping on me on these statements. Discuss it on your own site. I won't go over there to look. I can't make any money on your stock so what you do does not concern me unless you come over here to gloat or pick. Regards, Sheldon
